Now this workout may require some serious scaling of weights, not to worry we just have to get better by the next time we do the workout.

As Brandon has already pointed out, this workout sucks, but is great to look back on in 4-6 months and see how much you've improved.

D-lift - 165
Bench - 165
Clean - 95
Erin 15:36
D-lift - 75
Bench - 45
Clean - 40
Both of us stuggle to maintain good form, so we went significantly lighter and hammered each other on seeking that perfection (I driven by my male ego and wanting to go faster sucked, while Erin did well). I read a post by OPT ( a legendary crossfitter named James Fitzgerald) that he forces his training partners to acheive a full squat coming in contact with a wall ball each time, then coming up to full extension. BP (we need to nsert another intial in there so you can join the ranks of the crossfit elite who sport nicknames like OPT and AFT) and Courtney great job, you guys pulled some impressive weight.
Hopefully no one ever feels like they're not pushing/pulling/lifting enough weight. All of us are in the relatively early stages of this crossfit cycle/journey, so the most important aspect of our workout is form and winning that mental battle with yourself. Cheeseball I know but true. I'll have a couple more posts (one on the previous muscle up workout day)including some articles to check out.
Great work so far!
P.S. forgive the spelling, since my comments are always so long and at the tail end of a workout, I'm too lazy to make corrections.

D-lift - 155
Bench - 125 (should have done 135)
Clean - 110 (form deteriorated to the point that I fell over during one of the last sets; it was actually pretty hilarious as I ended up on my ass with the weight on my belly).
David, thanks for the detail on your posts. I eat them up, and I also eat up any links you provide.
In Christ and X-Fit,
