Since i did the 165 miles of cycling i didnt want to do a run workout so Paul and I did the 120 pullup and dip workout.

Not sure on time, it was a miracle we finished at all!
I look forward to being able to do the muscleups because that is to many pullups and dips to do!

As for last night's run, I would highly recommend giving it a try at some point. The 400 m backwards is an absolute killer on your quads. Great burn.

Hey guys, Mary and I are excited to start these workouts, as well. We did this run workout together. I got a 10:40, she got a 12:09. We were pretty smoked, especially after the 400m backwards.
