Rode for about 1 hr. 20 min. and covered about 22.4 miles. Exhausted.

good work bro. rode for 7hours 15min today, covered 105miles in 104 deg heat!!! it was painful.. Burned 6000 calories today!!! keep up the good work, i will be hitting it hard again on monday, we have another 100 miles tomorrow
