For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Only had time (and perhaps strength) to make it through about half the workout - 1 mile run, 50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups.

first mile looked good at a 9 min pace, second definitely topped 13 min
Erin: 1/2 Murph 42:00
Hey man, you're definitely improving on those runs, that's all that counts. I am slowly feeling a bit stronger on the pull-ups, which is encouraging. What I really need to do is pay for a session at a local affiliate and get some solid kipping instruction...

Great workout! We definitely had to partition the pullups, pushups, squats. I worked jumping pull-ups when I was shot. I feel as though I'm improving, but sometimes it's hard to tell. I ran a 6:00 min. first mile and an 8:00 min second.
Mary used the gravitron and supplemented real pushups with kneeling. She rocked the runs as well, running a 7 min. first mile and an 8 min. second mile.
David-game on.
man, i got worked over on this one, i didn't have time to get though the second mile, but got through everything else.... Although, my pullups were a bit altered to diff kind... it was where i take the self spotting squat rack and put the bar at my thighs and then go under it and i hang onto the bar so i am suspending under the bar at an angle and then do my pullups that way... its effective but is a bit easier...
