For time:
30 Handstand push-ups
40 Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods (55 pounds - scale accordingly)
60 Sit-ups (anchored feet if you want)
70 Burpees

We will be out of the loop at a wedding for the labor day weekend. Sorry folks, we will strive to fit in as much of a workout as we can, but we'll see.
