Squats

Major concentration on pure/perfect form and massive weight. Form is most important, but push hard.

I wasn't sure if we were supposed to work up to our max or just do five sets at the highest weight possible each time.

PS I saw a guy at the gym tonight doing tomorrow's CrossFit workout. Looked to be high school or college age. I wanted to walk up to him and give him a big hug, but he was in the middle of his workout. And he's a man...not that that really was holding me back.
